Cedar Lodge is a purpose built, 21 bed hostel for GROUPS only and it is situated in the grounds of Avondale House and Forest Park in Rathdrum, 13km from Glendalough. Situated in the middle of the forest park, in the immediate vicinity you will have 214 hectares to park and woodland to explore.

The hostel is all self catering. Single rooms have a washbasin, and there are 4 showers and 3 toilets on the ground floor, and 1 shower and 2 toilets on the second floor.

Continental breakfasts and packed lunches can be organised and must be requested in advance. There are 17 single rooms and 2 twin rooms. Price is €22 per person.

As this is a group hostel, only bookings for groups of 10 OR MORE are accepted. No individual bookings are taken.
