Arklow author to publish biographical dictionary of Wicklow
Arklow author Jim Rees is in the process of compiling a biographical dictionary of Wicklow people.
Mr. Rees says : “Several counties have used this model to celebrate the good and sometimes not-so-good of their own county. I am in the process of compiling such a dictionary for County Wicklow. To tie in with the forthcoming Wicklow 400, I hope to have 200-300 word biographies on 400 Wicklow people, to be published in 2006, possibly towards the end of the year.”

Almost 300 names are on the list already and this list can be obtained by contacting Jim.

Would like to know if the surname, Twamley, will be included in your publication.
There are a large number of people researching this surname, including the Codds/Coads/Codes that intermarried with the Twamleys, and the Chamneys.
