An open invite has been issued to anyone interested in trading in the new Bridgewater Centre in Arklow.

The construction of this new shopping centre is well underway and Quay Developments will welcome interested retailers to attend an information night in the Arklow Bay Hotel on 15th March 2006 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

Joint letting agents Colliers Jackson-Stops and Bannon Commercial will be available to answer your questions.

The Bridgewater centre will be the only enclosed shopping and leisure centre between Dublin’s southern suburbs and Waterford City. A number of major retailers are interested in the development including New Look, Oasis, Virgun, River Island and Elvery Sports.
